How does POD work?

Welcome to POD (Print on Demand). We're a wholesale print-on-demand dropshipping manufacturer for sellers who want to launch or grow their own branded apparel line — without holding inventory or paying for stock upfront.

We specialize in combat sports and team sportswear. You design it, we manufacture it on demand, and we ship it directly to your customer under your brand. This guide walks you through exactly how that works, from design to your customer's doorstep.

About Us

POD — Print On Demand is a Philippines-based manufacturer of custom sublimation sportswear and combat apparel — rashguards, jerseys, fight shorts, and more, made to your design. Through our dropshipping service at printondemand.com.ph, you can sell fully customized gear under your own brand with no inventory and no upfront cost. We handle production and fulfillment; you focus on designing and selling.

How It Works, Step by Step

  1. Design your product — Build your design in real time with our 3D Product Customizer, or start from one of our pre-made designs and customize it.
  2. Place your order — When a customer buys from you (or when you want to stock up), you place that order with us and enter your customer's shipping details.
  3. We manufacture it — Your approved design goes into production and is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — each item is printed and manufactured specifically for that order.
  4. We ship it to your customer — We dropship the finished product directly to your customer under your brand. You never touch inventory.

For Resellers

POD is built for resellers. We expect that you already sell to customers in one of these ways:

  • An online store on a platform like Shopify or WooCommerce, or
  • In person — at events, your gym, team orders, and so on.

You sell our products to your customers at your own prices, and we handle the manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping behind the scenes. You focus on building your brand and making sales; we handle the rest.

True Dropshipping — Under Your Brand

We're a true dropshipping company, which means we ship every item directly to your customer under your name or brand — not ours. Your customer sees your brand, never POD.

Every shipment travels in two legs:

  1. Philippines → California (FedEx): We ship your order from our facility in the Philippines to California via FedEx.
  2. California → your customer (USPS): From California, we ship the product directly to your customer via USPS, under your brand name.

The result: to your customer, it looks like their order shipped from a California-based sender — keeping the experience clean, local-feeling, and fully branded as yours.

Want a fully branded unboxing? You can add your own package inserts and tagless labels so the product feels 100% yours, inside and out.

Production & Shipping Times

  • Manufacturing: Once your design is approved and sent to the printer, orders typically take less than 2 weeks to produce. For larger orders, contact us and we'll give you a specific timeline.
  • Shipping to the US: Your order ships in two legs (described above) — roughly 3–4 business days via FedEx from the Philippines to California, then about 3–4 days via USPS from California to your customer.
  • Total time: From printing to your customer's hands, expect around 2–3 weeks at most.
